Shipping Policy

Williamsburg Foods, LLC strives to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for all our valued customers. Please review the following shipping policy guidelines:

Order Processing:

• All orders, where possible, are processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding holidays.
• We utilize reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers at our option, for order delivery.
• Deliveries will be made to the address THAT YOU PROVIDE, so please double check the accuracy of your information prior to purchase.  Williamsburg Foods, LLC will NOT assume liability for products delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
• Shipments are generally delivered NO SIGNATURE required, although we reserve the right to require a delivery receipt signature at our sole discretion.
• Shipments may be dropped at recipient location as per carrier policy.  Any special delivery stipulations (i.e.- leave pkg only at front door) MUST be noted on order prior to checkout.

Confirmation Email:

• Upon shipment of your item, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email will include tracking information, if applicable and available via carrier, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.  Williamsburg Foods, LLC reserves the right to choose carrier of best value.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are subject to change and fluctuate based on various factors, including the recipient's delivery location and zip code.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the specified delivery address.

Shipping Offers and Promotions:

• All shipping offers, minimum shipping prices, deals, and promotions are subject to change in accordance with our terms and conditions.
• Exclusions may apply and are subject to change at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion.
• Shipments subject to FREE shipping are NOT insured, but the purchaser has the option to request shipment coverage during checkout.  Insurance cost will be born SOLELY by purchaser.
• Please note that shipping offers, including free or discounted shipping, are applicable to orders within the CONTINENTAL United States only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico are EXCLUDED from shipping offers.
