At Williamsburg Foods LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original undamaged packaging.
- Food Products or perishable items (i.e.- meats, cheeses, seafood, condiments, spices, etc.) ARE NOT eligible for return.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at williamsburgfoodsllc@outlook.com. If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping for your return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are also not eligible for return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the acceptance status. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method ONLY. Please keep in mind that there may be a delay in processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company, pursuant to their policies.
