Sweet, smoky, spicy.. This rub makes GREAT wings! I've also had great results on pork.
Tried on some double-fried chicken wings, and WOW! The chipotle shown through nicely for that savory, smoky flavoring you would come to expect. The other spices give a little spice while the honey does come through with a sticky, earthy, sweetness that keeps it paired with the chipotle.
